  Sunrise, blue sky, sunset, quietness, barbecue on the lawn in the warm evening air. 500 metre stroll to the IGA and bottleshop (and 500 metres back again if you want to be technical), children playing tennis and fishing and jumping on the giant pillow and swimming in the crystal-clear pool while I fall asleep in the sun after reading the newspaper, gazing across at the river gums hundreds of years old. I forget what else. Oh yeah, the cabin. Clean as a whistle, spacious, with a little deck section overlooking the Gunbower Creek, an ancient branch of the Murray River. Best of all, most people we talked to after coming back don't even know Cohuna exists. Damn. I've just gone and spoiled it.

  Stayed in a tent very nice park and lawns. Staff are very helpful Cohuna waterfront park has it all.+ good pricing

  Beautifully maintained Park on the banks of the Gunbower Creek. Dog friendly Park with ovals, parks and bush walks close by. Great shopping centre within easy walking distance.
